KLab’s company-wide meeting is the executives’ chance to share the company’s vision and objectives with all each and every member of the company, as well as report on and analyze the results from that quarter.
KLab’s vision is “Creating a world of excitement.” This is shared at every company-wide meeting by CEO Tetsuya Sanada, and this time was no exception.
Senior Managing Director and CCO Hidekatsu Morita also spoke enthusiastically about what KLab will look like in the future and its global expansion and growth.
After the speeches about KLab’s future goals, the audience made their way to a different venue for the kickoff party. There, drinks flowed freely and no one stood on ceremony. In May 2019, KLabGames will celebrate its 10th anniversary as a game brand. The pink KLabGames 10th Anniversary logo was revealed for the first time.
The atmosphere was relaxed.
The KLab Awards, which regularly recognize exceptional achievements by KLab employees, were also held and many people received prizes and recognition.

The illustrious annual CEO Prize was won by a whole team! Congratulations!
After the KLab Awards and greeting from a new executive, it was time for Lightning Talk. KLab has a number of hobby-focused employee clubs (such as running, Splatoon, and others), and Lightning Talk is a chance for members of those clubs to tell the rest of KLab all about what makes their club so great. Of course, teams can also take this opportunity to share work-related accomplishments.
It was fun for KLab staff to learn about achievements they hadn’t known about, as well as see people from work acting differently than usual, revealing hidden skills and aspects of their personalities.
Everyone at KLab will continue to harness their skills and hard work to focus on “Creating a world of excitement”!
